She has extensive experience in aspects of public sector modernisation, organisation restructuring and governance reform and has carried out many projects in Africa, South Asia, Eastern Europe and the Caribbean.

Extensive experience of public sector modernisation including public sector performance development, measurement and evaluation; policy development; organisation review and restructuring and strategic planning.
Managed a number of financial / economic reform projects including fiduciary risk analyses in Moldova, Tajikistan and Georgia and a substantial Medium Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF) project in Armenia. Her experience covers Education, Health, Finance and Justice sectors, and she has led strategic reviews covering the whole of government.
Key Facts
- Project director of the Balkans Safety Security and Access to Justice project awarded the 2007 MCA Platinum Award Best Consultancy Project; a multi-country, long-term programme working to support public bodies to implement justice strategies which prevent conflict and reduce crime;
- In Jamaica she led a strategic review of the Cabinet Office. Working with a team of Cabinet Office counterparts to identify the scope for performance improvement and to produce a blueprint for a modernised Cabinet Office to lead the modernisation and reform programme across the government;
- Recently led the strategic planning advice support to the Government of Sudan.
