Specialises in supply chain transformation, organisational design and manufacturing improvement. His engagement experience includes lean process design and implementation, implementation of sales and operation planning, specification and implementation of desktop planning tools, due diligence studies of planning systems, MRPII implementation (SAP), supply chain and manufacturing strategy, and Japanese manufacturing improvement techniques.
He has also designed and delivered training programmes for Supply Chain principles and Supply Chain Planning techniques for all levels – from practitioners to Main Board Directors.
